How do I place an order?
Once you checkout through our online store and place your order, you’ll receive an order number and tracking link through either your email or phone number. Here, you’ll be able to check on your order status and receive updates from our team.

What formats of film do you accept?
35mm and 120.
We also develop disposable cameras containing 35mm film.

What's your turnaround time?
We strive to have all film processed and scanned within five business days.
How long do you store negatives?
As a courtesy, we store all negatives for a 30 day period.
How will I get my scans?
You’ll receive a link to a gallery where all scans will be available for download.
How should I package my film to mail?
While packaging your film, we encourage you to place your film into a ziplock bag within the package, and avoid packing peanuts or shredded filler.
Will you scan developed negatives?
Yes.
